Innovation will be the focus of the Massachusetts Municipal Management Association’s monthly meeting on July 18 in Boston’s Innovation District.
The meeting, “Innovations Around the Commonwealth and Beyond,” will feature interesting topics such as how Artificial Intelligence can take data and turn it into attainable projects, a senior ride-share program, using Facebook Live at public hearings, a Big Belly/See Click Fix pilot program and innovations in mobility for residents using scooters.
The meeting will run from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and be held at Trillium Brewing Company, a new addition to Boston’s growing Fort Point Channel neighborhood. The location, at 50 Thomson Place, is a 10 minute walk from South Station or a 2 minute walk from the Courthouse Station on the Silver Line. Paid parking is also available in the area.
Please note the later start time: registration will begin at 10:45 a.m., and the program will begin at 11:15. You will not be able to enter the building until 10:45 a.m. The meeting will wrap up with lunch at 1:30 p.m. (perfect timing to miss rush hour).
