Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Women Leading Government will hold a half-day meeting on June 26 at the Sturbridge Publick House.
This session will focus on setting boundaries and developing your own voice, two skills that most women find challenging. The meeting will open with a book and podcast discussion of Mel Robbins’ the “Let Them Theory.”
Registration is $25 per attendee. All non-elected women working in local government are welcome to attend. This event will sell out, please register early.

As a woman and a leader, how do you maintain the ability to balance all areas of your life, show up every day to lead with energy and optimism? This workshop will focus on building emotional intelligence skills, building a culture of support, all while navigating the multi-layered demands of our endless personal and professional roles and responsibilities.
Using humor and real world examples, Carrie will share her most popular tools and strategies to help women take care of themselves and focus on the positive, in all parts of life.
