Administrative Assistant – Finance Department

The town of Hudson is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Finance department. The Administrative Assistant performs skilled clerical and confidential record keeping work of more than ordinary difficulty in the maintenance and processing of financial records, accounts and transactions; all other related work as required. Applicant must possess excellent communications skills and the ability to act independently and have a general knowledge of office administration. Applicants must be proficient with different computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications, Munis desirable. Communications skills are essential, including an ability to relate in a polite and professional manner with the public, other employees, and officials of other governmental units.

This is a non-union position Grade M4 with a salary range $55,570 to $73,124 annually, DOQ.
