Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

The town of Petersham Selectboard is seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator for approximately 20 hours per week, including one evening meeting. This position will perform a wide range of administrative responsibilities in support of town operations, as part of a team environment with potential for long term growth. Public administration and finance, grant administration, information technology management, community planning and board and committee support are among the potential areas of work. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, initiative, flexibility, team orientation and an aptitude for working with the public.

FY 2026 Salary Rate per hour $20 – 25 per hour depending on qualifications.
