As the Assistant Director, you will be the driving force behind Eastham’s water and wastewater operations, stormwater systems and energy management projects. You’ll lead and manage daily operations of water distribution and wastewater treatment systems, supervise and mentor a skilled team of professionals and contractors, ensure compliance with DEP regulations and maintain high standards of public health and safety, manage budgets, procurement, and strategic planning for short- and long-term infrastructure needs, engage with residents, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and spearhead special projects and contribute to the town’s sustainability and resilience goals. Annual salary $102,349 to $127,820 with additional compensation for the required licenses.
