BUILDING OPERATIONS MANAGER

CITY OF WORCESTER

The city of Worcester is seeking applicants for the position of Building Operations Manager for the department of Public Facilities. The position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Department of Public Facilities municipal buildings and grounds. The employee will ensure the safety and security of building tenants and lessees, coordinate, and manage maintenance and repair activities, manage operations staff, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.

SALARY RANGE: $98,074 – $129,548 annually, exempt, full-time, excellent benefits package.
