CABLE ACCESS STATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The town of Lincoln will accept quotes for Cable Access Station Management Services. The term of this contract will be from July 1 through June 30, 2028. The Cable Access Station Manager shall report to the Lincoln Town Administrator on behalf of the Select Board. The Cable Access Station Manager will provide the town with the all programming and content management services, including recording of in-person meetings and events, including night, weekends, and holidays, editing and broadcasting of weekly meetings and events upon request, and management of town of Lincoln CASTUS programming.

The volume of services may vary greatly from year-to-year, so contract pricing will be based on an hourly rate as indicated in vendor responses. In prior years we averaged approximately 180 hours per year but expect that to increase as we bring on additional projects and services over the course of the contract. For cost comparison purposes, this IFQ shall use 180 hours at the proposed hourly rate to establish an annual cost to the town, but it is understood that final costs will be based on the volume of approved work each year.

This contract shall commence on July 1 and be in effect through June 30, 2028, unless otherwise agreed upon by the town.
