Lowell Housing Authority is searching for a Capital Asset Director. This is a very responsible administrative position in which the incumbent is responsible for technical and administrative work associated with modernization, rehabilitation projects, and affordable housing development. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out the capital plan associated with the disbursement of funds awarded through the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities.
