The town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of Center for Active Living Director (CAL).

Administers, directs, and coordinates CAL activities to ensure they are aligned and in accordance with gown plans, policies, and procedures. Oversee all CAL operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff while adhering to collective bargaining agreements. Prepares, maintains, and oversees the Division’s budget in coordination with the HHS Department. Develop strategies for program financing through budget appropriations, donations, and other funding sources. Presents and represents CAL Division to gown officials and local municipal government entities, Town Meetings, or any other budget related meeting. Grow and maintain a strong, consistent presence and awareness of CAL in the local community. Work with the gown’s Communication Coordinator to design and utilize marketing strategies, including social media platforms, community presentations, and contact with local media to further build the CAL profile and attract public engagement.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local services available to older adults as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Ability to develop effective working relationships with patrons, service providers, general public, and internal and external partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in the use of computers, including spreadsheets and databases including Microsoft Excel.

Annual Salary range is $92.499.68 – $116,486.76, 37.5 hours per week. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. This job will remain open through September 9.
