Desktop Technician

Join the Melrose Public Schools IT team! We’re hiring a full-time Desktop Technician to support computer systems, devices, and software across the school district. Ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and skilled in troubleshooting. You have experience with Windows OS, Google Workspace, device imaging, hardware troubleshooting. You’re resourceful, independent, and enjoy helping others solve tech issues. A bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred.

Salary: $51,000–$55,000 | Schedule: Year-round, 40 hrs/week
