The city of Holyoke is seeking a development specialist for the office of planning and economic development. This position supports economic development, real estate, planning initiatives, grants, and daily departmental operations.
Minimum qualifications include: experience in economic development, planning, business, banking, or real estate; strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
Employment details: full-time, 35 hours per week; exempt position. Salary range: $50,614.56–$66,937.75 (Grade 8, AFSCME). Comprehensive benefits offered.
