The town of Webster is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Planning and Economic Development.

The Director of Planning and Economic Development (the Director) is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of current and long-range plans and programs for land use and development, as well as economic development efforts within the town. The Director manages the department and its personnel, and also provides support to multiple boards and committees including the Economic Development Committee, Historical Commission, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals.

Minimum qualifications include: bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, or related field, and five to seven years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, licensure and experience. Salary range $90,000+/- based on experience.
