Job Description

The town of Sterling has an immediate full-time opening for a Driver/Laborer in the department of Public Works. The successful candidate will be responsible for skilled construction type labor, operating various types of light and heavy equipment, operating both light and heavy vehicles over 26,000 GVW and participating in snow and ice operations. Class B CDL and 2B hoisting license are required. The starting pay range for this position is $24.68-$27.76 in accordance with the town of Sterling Personnel Bylaws and depending on qualifications.
