The town of Westwood’s IT department seeks an Enterprise Applications Administrator to play a key role in supporting, maintaining and advancing the town’s enterprise-wide applications. The position will evaluate municipal and public safety operations, assess the need for software upgrades or new systems, and lead the implementation, training and support of enterprise applications. The Enterprise Applications Administrator will coordinate upgrades to legacy systems, e.g., Softright, Millennium, Vision, and others; function as project manager for new or upgraded application deployments; track emerging technology applications and initiate implementation when indicated. Serves as liaison between the IT department and external software vendors.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field and four-plus years’ experience in enterprise application administration and implementation. They will be highly skilled in enterprise applications and municipal software systems such as Munis, EnterGov, Springbrook, Harpers, Vision and Softright.
