The town of Weymouth is currently accepting applications for an HR Coordinator. This position provides assistance in the recruitment and selection process. Develops and coordinates advertisement, web page, and other recruitment media drafts. Ensures that all job postings are removed from job posting sites in a timely fashion. Organizes applicant flow and prepares resume referral sheets. Handles all applicant correspondence. Schedules candidates for interviews. and maintains interview schedules. Prepares rejection letters. Conducts reference checks upon request. Conducts a rotating monthly reconciliation of all insurances, codes 100B medical invoices and submits to accounting. Codes and enters all departmental bills for processing, with the exception of Benefits related invoices. Responsible for entering Workers’ Compensation claims. Administers all FMLA, MLOA, MPLA leaves. Assist with other departmental projects. May be required to work outside of normal business hours for fairs and/or seasonal hiring.
In order to be considered, the candidates must possess an associate degree and three-years relevant experience is required. A similar combination of education and experience will be considered.
The starting salary for this position is $58,138.54/annually
