The town of Dracut is seeking a dynamic, motivated human resources professional to serve as our Human Resources Director. As Director, you will be responsible for recruitment, retention, employment, counseling and investigation, policy creation and administration and more. The Director is also responsible for union contract administration, insurance plan renewals, updating class/comp plans and conflict resolution. Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in HR, management, or related field, plus seven years’ municipal experience.
