Human Resources Director

Reporting to the Town Administrator, the Human Resources Director serves as the town’s chief human resources officer and provides strategic guidance and leadership in the areas of talent acquisition and management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, classification and compensation, employee wellness, workplace culture, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Salary starts at $109,835 advancing to a max rate of $150,783, with comprehensive and generous benefits.
