The Human Resources Generalist serves as the Town of Medfield’s HR professional, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a full range of human resources functions in support of the Town’s employees and departments. This position performs complex, confidential administrative and professional work in areas such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, labor relations, compliance, and policy implementation. This role requires sound judgment, a high level of independence, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage priorities across departments. The candidate will have the opportunity to join a strong municipal team, work in local government administration, develop a deeper understanding of human resource functions, and opportunities for professional development.
