Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The town of Harwich, through its Select Board, seeks proposals from highly qualified attorneys to provide town-wide legal services. It is the intention of the Select Board to enter into a contract with one or more legal firms to provide general municipal law, labor and employment law, and regulatory and land use law services. Firms are encouraged to provide a proposal for one or more types of services depending upon their expertise.
