The town of Needham is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Local Building Inspector. Under the general direction of the Building Commissioner, this position provides administrative, supervisory, and technical work connected with the interpretation, processing, and enforcement of the state Building Code, Energy Code, and the town Zoning By-Laws.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Tuesday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m; Friday 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (totaling 37.5 hours/week)
Hourly Range: $37.96 – $44.23
