Northern Middlesex Regional Emergency Communication Center Executive Director

The Northern Middlesex Regional Emergency Communication Center (NMRECC) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary leader to serve as Executive Director of our regional Emergency 911 Dispatch Center. This individual will oversee the administration, operations, and strategic direction of a multi-jurisdictional public safety communications center serving law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other emergency services across the town of Tewksbury and the town of Dracut.

The Executive Director will ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and responsive emergency communication services while leading a team of dedicated professionals and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence , and public service.

Salary Range: $88,929 – $121,035 depending upon qualifications and negotiations plus competitive benefit package.
