Brookline seeks an Owner’s Project Manager to oversee major municipal construction projects, including the new construction of a fire station and renovations. Responsibilities include coordinating design teams, overseeing contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and representing the town’s interests through all phases of construction.

Qualifications: Background in architecture, engineering, or construction management, with at least seven years of experience managing public building projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, budget oversight, contractor coordination, and experience with fire stations or public safety facilities is strongly preferred.

Salary range $109-123K. Term-limited role (five to seven years)
