Production Manager

An experienced leader and media professional to assist the creation, management, and implementation of multimedia content, ensuring it effectively communicates messages and engages target audiences across various platforms. Responsible for overseeing Swansea Community Networks production process, supervising the Production Coordinator, being a role model for staff, volunteers, and interns, and ensuring high-quality productions within the guidelines presented by the Director of Operations. In addition, the individual supports the Production Coordinator as needed with scheduling in-studio and on-location shoots, coordinating volunteer assignments, providing one-on-one training and support to volunteers, and updating the production calendar with shoots, editing sessions, and equipment check-in/check-out.
