FY26 Annual Salary Range: $154,611 – $216,454 with an expected hiring salary of $180K+/- DOQ.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (with a master’s preferred), preferably in public administration or a related field.
- Experience in municipal administration or similar, relevant administrative activity.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience.
- Skilled in financial management, economic development, personnel administration, and collective bargaining.
- A strong communicator, both internally and externally; active listener.
- Provides inspirational, innovative, and respectful leadership; morale builder.
- Ability to build trust; approachable.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Analytical and technologically savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage municipal procurement processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Enjoys engaging with the community.
- Excellent follow-through.
- Strong work ethic.
