Town Planner

The town of Ludlow is currently seeking a detailed-oriented Town Planner to support and guide land use planning and development.  The Town Planner is responsible for reviewing site plans, subdivisions, special permits, and development applications, and for providing guidance to the Planning Board.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field, plus five to seven years’ experience in municipal planning; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to successfully perform the duties outlined above.

Annual Salary Range: $71,690 — $95,119, depending on experience and/or qualifications.
