Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources, a member group of the MMA, is seeking nominations for its 2025-26 Board of Directors.

Any individual with HR responsibilities from a member municipality or other governmental unit may complete the nomination form and submit their name for consideration by Monday, April 7.

The MMHR Board consists of four officers–Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary–and eight Directors. Nominations are currently open for all officers and three directors.

MMHR Board responsibilities include strategic planning, overseeing the work of MMHR’s Program, Membership, and Salary Survey committees, organizational decision-making, mentorship, and supporting event planning and execution. After interviewing all applicants, the MMHR Nominating Committee will prepare a final slate of candidates for election during the MMHR Annual Meeting in June.
