The Massachusetts Government Finance Officers Association will host a “lunch and learn” Zoom presentation on municipal finance career paths on Thursday, Oct. 7, from noon to 1 p.m.
The free webinar will cover the municipal finance personnel shortage and explore the areas of accounting, collection, treasury, assessing, school finance and town finance. Colleagues will share stories of career paths and the organizations that support their roles.
The webinar is open to municipal employees, students, and anyone who may be interested in pursuing a career in municipal finance.
