MMA members are invited to a virtual legislative briefing on Thursday, March 28, to hear about the latest activity in the current legislative session that has implications for cities and towns.

The one-hour meeting will be held via Zoom beginning at noon.

Topics will include the fiscal 2025 state budget, the governor’s Municipal Empowerment Act proposal, PFAS regulations, road and bridge funding, the governor’s housing bond bill, and more.

City and town officials from every community are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about these important issues from MMA Legislative Division staff.

The briefing is a follow-up to the six Legislative Breakfast Meetings that the MMA held in locations around the state in March.
