Thursday - March 19, 2020
9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus and out of an abundance of concern for the health of our members and staff, MMA is canceling the MMMA monthly meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 19. At this time, we have not determined if this meeting will be rescheduled. We will keep you posted.

“What are you doing on climate change?” was a question heard repeatedly at this year’s MMA Annual Meeting and Trade Show. Join your colleagues at an MMMA meeting on March 19 at Lake Pearl in Wrentham to hear the answer and learn about some of the newest initiatives on climate change (and share yours!).

Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs Theoharides has been invited along with former DEP Commissioner Kem Kimmel, who is now President of the Union of Concerned Scientists.

MMA Executive Director Geoff Beckwith will give a legislative update.

The meeting runs from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. including lunch, with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.
