Please join us for a Massachusetts Municipal Communicators (MMC) Virtual Meeting on June 25, from 12-1 p.m. on Accessible Practices in Municipal Communications! This free meeting is open to all MMC members.

Learn about ways of ensuring accessible, effective communication in your municipality. Participants will receive an overview of ADA considerations within municipal communications and dive into effective and ineffective strategies to ensure accessibility for residents.

This training will share some best practices for meeting accessibility, social media, and municipal websites to ensure the information being shared by municipalities remains accessible for all.

To increase accessibility, Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services will be provided at this meeting.
