Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources will hold its annual holiday meeting in-person on Dec. 2 at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem. Registration and networking will begin at 9 a.m. The program will start at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. A complete agenda can be found below.

All About You – A Replenishment Workshop
Bette Hoffman, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
After this extended period of unique challenge and change, time away from the fray, provides time and space to reflect, reground, and replenish. This experiential workshop is designed for those who lead and work hard to serve others. The goal of this engaging and interactive workshop is self-discovery around YOUR own personal sense of wellbeing.
• How do YOU define wellbeing?
• How might you nourish and replenish YOURSELF?
Gain clarity about how to make great choices to enhance your sense of wellbeing. Take some
time for yourself. Bring curiosity and a beginner’s mind and leave with individualized action. Small changes can have a big impact!

This workshop is designed to offer suggestions for yourself and your peers on how to move forward into 2022 with a healthy and productive mindset as we all tackle the year ahead!

Holiday Gift Exchange [voluntary participation]
In an effort to keep everyone safe, the holiday swap will look a bit different this year. Everyone who participates will get to select a gift, but there will be no swapping/trading gifts. If you wish to participate, please plan on bringing a gift of no more than $15 in value to the meeting.

The registration fee is $45 for members and $55 for nonmembers.

The MMA is taking precautions in order to host a safe, in-person event. At registration, attendees must show proof of vaccination status (card or picture on phone), and those claiming a medical exemption based on their physician’s advice or a religious exemption must document a negative result of a COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours. On the day of the meeting, attendees must attest that they have no COVID symptoms and must wear a mask except when eating or drinking.
