The Massachusetts Municipal Councillors’ Association is hosting a budgeting during COVID-19 webinar via Zoom. It’s free and all city and town councillors are welcome to register.

The speaker is Framingham Chief Operating Officer Thatcher W. Kezer III, who will discuss how COVID 19 is impacting city budgets and provide guidance on moving forward with a FY21 budget. Kezer has over 25 years experience in municipal government, including eight years as mayor of Amesbury. There will be ample time to ask questions. MMCA President Lisa Blackmer will facilitate questions.

This meeting will be done via Zoom. Please click here to register. During the Webinar, we will be using the Q&A function for questions. If you don’t log in to the webinar via tablet or computer you will not have the ability to pose a question.
