Diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment and hiring will be the topic of the Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources association’s program meeting on March 5 in Westford.

Cally Ritter, principal at Positive Ripple Training & Consulting, will lead participants in an interactive training on strategies for ensuring an equitable and inclusive hiring process. The session will feature a discussion on unconscious bias and the role it can play in recruitment.

Registration and networking will begin at 8:15 a.m. The program will start at 9 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. with lunch. The meeting will include a legislative update by MMA Senior Legislative Analyst Lisa Adams and an update on Association business.

The meeting will be held at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center at 219 Littleton Road in Westford.

The registration fee is $40 for members and $55 for nonmembers. All requests for cancellation must be received by email by Thursday, February 27 in order to receive a refund.
