Diversity and recruitment in the municipal workplace will be the focus of the Massachusetts Municipal Personnel Association’s holiday meeting.
 
Buford is an organizational development and behavior expert who specializes in diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, and organizational transitions.
 
McIntosh, a veteran workshop facilitator and designer, specializes in LinkedIn training and the optimal use of technology in the job search process.
 
At the conclusion of lunch, there will be an optional holiday swap for MMPA members and meeting attendees. The swap gift value limit is $15.
