In response to the COVID-19 Emergency, the Massachusetts Select Board Association’s Annual Leadership Conference has been restructured as a series of free webinars to be conducted over the coming months. The first of these webinars will take place on Wednesday, May 20, from 2- 3 p.m. and is aimed at more experienced select board members.

KP Law President Lauren Goldberg will lead a discussion about common challenges faced by municipal government, including:

• Open meeting and public records law
• Social media use by public officials
• Conflict of Interest
• Record Keeping
• Executive Session
• Conducting public hearings

This meeting will be done as a Zoom Webinar. The webinar is free to attend, but you must register in advance.
